Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and scale a team of sales agents focused on delivering integrated workforce solutions, including recruitment, payroll management, outsourcing, and cleaning services. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a combination of strategic sales execution, team management, and deep domain knowledge across multiple service lines.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, managing high-value client relationships, and personally contributing to new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales agents targeting recruitment, payroll, outsourcing, and cleaning service clients.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and team reviews to track KPIs, address performance gaps, and drive accountability.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members; foster a high-performance, goal-oriented sales culture.
- Evaluate individual and team performance regularly and provide structured feedback and improvement plans.
Strategic Sales & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve team quotas across all services.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion across industries.
- Work closely with senior management to define targets and service-specific strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Personally lead business development for high-value clients and key accounts.
- Present tailored, multi-service proposals and close complex B2B deals.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
Services You Will Sell
- Recruitment Services: Permanent, contract, temporary staffing, and RPO.
- Payroll Management: End-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
- Outsourcing Services: HR outsourcing, workforce deployment, business process outsourcing (BPO).
- Cleaning Services: Facility management support including janitorial, housekeeping, and commercial cleaning.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Establish standardized sales processes, lead qualification criteria, and reporting structures.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, conversion metrics, and customer follow-up.
- Deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Training & Development
- Conduct regular training sessions on service offerings, compliance, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Keep the team informed on product updates and market positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 30 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in HR, outsourcing, staffing, or facilities management services.
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and drive high performance in commission-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, payroll systems, outsourcing models, and soft services (e.g., cleaning).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales analytics tools.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in managing integrated service portfolios (e.g., HR + cleaning or facilities services).
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and operational compliance.
